Your body is the main focus, as the tool and the most important space for nourishment. In it, you cultivate and share with others, prioritizing presence as a window to uphold authenticity, which naturally accompanies your sovereignty. In this way, devotion unfolds and grows through the sacred arts, as a natural expression and a remembrance of your own path

Unveil teaches you new perspectives in spaces and aspects of the vessel preserved in the body, including all its needs for pleasure, sensuality, and grace. Leading you to new forms of trust, strength, security, and care, in harmony with the movement that holds your wisdom as an oracle.
This program invites you to dissolve with life in full trust, in a mindful manner. A special dance program based on the forms and languages that lie within the body.

Stillness is a cultivation practice that invites us to explore, step by step, the relationship created with each element of the act of drinking tea. It is a tribute to traditional foundations, but also an acknowledgment of the unique language that arises in calm, inspiration, enjoyment, and joy, even in the vicissitudes of the present moment.
A cup of tea can remind us of the sense of feeling, but a ceremony has the power to transform our existence.

A long life of becoming, that is what nature whispers to me.
As Emory Hall says in one of his poems, 'I have been a thousand different women,' all the chosen roles, experiences, and seeds have come together to sustain the woman I have become and all that still remains to be integrated.
The way I have chosen to live and matured my becoming, all of it has been fertile ground for the path. In this search to understand the memories and purpose of life, I have stopped questioning it and begun to feel with all it offers, even that which is beyond human comprehension. Everything. My name is Itzel, and I am still becoming the path, but at the same time, as it happens, I am here, as you are.
I chose to create Amar as a source, a space for a light and practical approach that you can turn to when you need to support and nourish the path you’ve chosen without distancing yourself from everyday life.
